Counting the beat- Invented your own instrument

In week 8 we ha we have been doing stuff around invented your own instrument and the instrument I can up with is like a guitar but its got more sound holes and it got piano keys on it and its the turning pegs are at the top where the turning pegs are and where the turning pegs are but there are piano keys but where the strings is. 

We had to make a drawing about a weird interment that is like you can start with guitar and a drum together and then add random stuff on it so its like a weird interment. then you have to example what is on our interment that we made and what we think that you would call your interment and what you think you would have on your interment.

We watched a video about weird instruments that we could of see or what we have seen. This is the link to the  that we watched and what we seen and what interment we could of seen before more of then we haven't seen before and the interment this is the video that we watched. video.

My drawing is a guitar with some more sound holes and more turning pegs and the turning pegs are where the head of the guitar and the guitar has 4 more sound holes more sound come out and so its looks cool. I also added more sound holes go then its makes it look unique and so it looks like I have made it myself and so it looks different to everyone else because everyone started with a guitar and added more onto it so it looks different because I like it when its different to peoples I also added piano keys at the top of the guitar. 

My drawing belongs to the string family because its like a guitar but it I added more then what there what there is meant to  but my instrument belongs to the string family. It can be made from anything but its mostly made from wood and they can be made from anything. You just play it like a guitar but it plays all different music when you play different turns when you play all the different turns but there are like all different kinds of sounds. It would probably be better to use when your doing rock music. 



Our Hero's - Punctuation

In week 6 in our 7/8 class we had to do a punctuation work sheet because our class was really bad at doing the right punctuation because more people in our class where not using punctuation right and we need to use it more so we did a Punctuation Worksheet and we had to right a 5 different sentences in the box and you have to have all different kinds of Punctuation.

We had done this activity when it was week 6 but we didn't have time to blog about it because we had other stuff to do and never got around to doing it because we have other things to do. We have heaps of stuff to get done before we move on and do something else or we are going to have a hole lot of stuff to do and we will never get around to doing  anything.

The music we are using is heartbeat we only picked that music is because we had all the right stuff to make the beat. Also body percussion is the art of striking the body makes all the sounds and it makes it sound better then what it is. Kiwi Innovators

Kiwi Innovators.

In we have been doing Kiwi Innovators and we have been doing stuff around Kiwi Innovators  and we have to post about what we know and what we think and what we designed on this slide that we got sent to use w have to put our work on there and we have to make. We had to pick out of all diffident  Kiwi Innovators. 

The facts I know are: Alan john was the first one to make bunbi jump. his friends had 100s trys to make sure the rope was right. He got the idea from the Vanuatu land.

Counting the Beats - An Orchestra
We have been looking around what an orchestra is we have been looking at stuff around what an 
Orchestra is. We had to guess what sounds were playing and what instrument they were we also know what instruments we know and what we think of them we also have done a lot of stuff around what instruments are what we have been doing stuff around.

We got most of them right because we have done it for a long time and because we know what they are. An orchestra is a group of instruments that typically play classical music they know how to play without having there eyes open and because they know what they are doing they have to . There are four types of instruments in an orchestra:Woodwind,Brass,Percussion,Strings.

This is the woodwind family:The woodwind family all come from the same family but the woodwind family can be mad out of all different stuff its not just made out of wood its made out off all different kinds of stuff. There are also all different sizes of the woodwind family. 







This is the brass family: The brass family looks have all different sizes they also have all different kinds of brass instrument they also have all different instrument that are made out of all different stuff like the woodwind family but the brass family have different kinds of instrument they also make different kinds of sounds. 





This is the Percussion family: The Percussion family made all kinds of music and they have different kinds and different types of instrument ans they are also made out of all different kinds of wood and different kinds of stuff. 
This is the Strings family: The string family all have string on all the instrument they also make different kinds of instrument.The the string family all have string and they all have different kinds of instrument.

Counting the beat-Violin

The Violin

The violin has different sizes and its all depends on how long your arms are because if you have a small arm then you need a small violin but it depends on how big your arms are and that is what size violins also they have a bow that you use to make the music. The violin sounds good and its good to listen to at might but I wouldn't listen to it in the day if in like walking or something because it would be something you listen to at night.

With a violin there is sometime called a f hole and that like a sound hole on the ukulele but instead its a f hole and that what the sound comes out of the f hole. Also there is something called tuning pegs that's puts the violin into the sound it is meant to sound like. On most of violin have four strings to make different types of music that you use the strings for.

There is a bow that you use to make the music and on the bow there is something called there is something called bow hair and that what they use to make the music with there is also something called bow and the bow is what we all use to make use to make music.

Every week we do something called the weekly quiz ans we have 20 questions and we have to answer all the questions in the 20 in the quiz and at the end it tells you how much questions you got right and after if you want you can do it again if you want but you don't have to but you can also something you have 21 questing but half the time its always 20.

This week we have been doing stuff with our teachers ans we had to make a timeline and on our timeline we had to put a lot of information with diffident thing that we know that has been invented and what they have invented and who invented it and when it was invented and we had to make a timeline about what we know and when it was invented. A timeline is a long and you but lines that go to your  answers and after that we and to write what we were fining information about.
