In class, we do mindfulness This week one is about self-compassion. We made a slide about our positive thoughts about our self and our negative thoughts about our self. I made a google slide with 4 positive thoughts and No negative thoughts. Here my Dlo is:

ReplyDeleteWhat a different feel you get when you read the compassionate side. It really shows how powerful our thoughts are.
