Method:

Equipment

• Suger (5tbsp)
• Golden syrup (2)
• Bakinmg soda (1tsp)
• Tablespoon
• Pot 
• Cookie cutter
• Paking paper  
• Bunsen Burner 
• Triupod

Instructions:

1. Get your Equipment ready.
2. Wash your hands.
3. Get the bunsen burner ready.
4. Put the pot on the triupod over the bunsen burner.
5. Litght the bunsen burner at low heat.
6. Add 5 tablespoons to the pot.
7. Add 2 tablespoons of Golden syrup to the pot.
8. Melt and Mix on a low heat.
9. Turn off the gas and add one tablespoons of baking soda and mix.
10. Scrape the hokey pokey onto the baking paper.
11. Leave it for 1 minute 
12. use a cookie cutter into the hokey pokey.

 Descusstion:

Activity One

 Today we did some couloring in on our laptops and this is what mine ened up look like I did two and I really like this one with all the waves I tryed really hard to make it look as good as I could and this is what It ended up like I still really like it even if it is bad it still looks good with all the coulors that i picked to put in the photo.

I think the yellow makes it look like there is different coulors and its not just blue and white So I think I did a good job on this couloring. Next time im going to make it look a lot better and use a different coulors. 

Market Day

 We had market day on the 1st of December and we had to sell what we made and my group made stickers and we all had four jobs and we had to have one each this is the four jobs Chief Executive Officer,Markeing Manager,Production Manager,Finance Manager. The people I picked to wrok with Canda and she was Chief Executive Officer, Markeing Manager was Kaley Production Manager was Me and Finance Manager was Kaycee and then Holie came in our group becasue there was no other group for her.

So how we made our sticker was we got baking paper.  We got tape and we had to put tape on the baking paper and then we put our the photo that we want to make into a stickers and then you put tape on it again and cut it out and thencut them out and the you have to peal the baking paper off if you want it to stick.

Our sitchers came out real good but next time I think we need to make them bigger and better and do a better kind of stickers and the name of our business was North Wonder Stickers and WE liked how much we made upto 120 stickers and how much we selled. 

I think our business was successful becasue we all worked together and got everything done within the time we had to get it done and we all thinks we did a good job on our business kete so I think we did a good job.

I think we all showed our Carr values becasue we all worked together and got everything done and there was no fights over anything in our group so I think we showed our carr values.

•  Ginger (Source of sugar)
•  Warm water 
•  Yeast 
•  Cup
•  Spoon

Instructions 

1.  Wash your hands.
2.  Get your Equipment.
3.  Put one tablespoon of ginger in the cup.
4.  Half full the cup with warm water.
5.  Add one teaspoon of yeast into the cup 
6.  Mix everything in the cup.
7.  Leave it to ferment for 6 days 
8. After 6 days , Taste it.

This ginger beer was really yuck it lose it sweet and it lost most of its and it had a really bad smell and I didnt realy in joy the ginger beer this year it smelled bad and it looked bad and it tasted bad.
