Aim:
I want to find out how to safety light a Bunsen burner.
Method:
Equipment
- Heat Mat or Matches
- Lighter
- Bunsen burner
- Safety glasses
Instructions
- Get all your Equipment needed.
- Put your safety glasses on.
- Put the Bunsen Burner on the heat proof mat.
- Connect the hose to the gas tap.
- Turn the collar to the air hole.
- Slightly light the match or light over the gas but do not turn the gas tap on before you light it.
- Tie your hair up so its not in your face.
- If your not using it turn the gas off.
